In the midst of my 25th year of coaching football, I reflect on the eight programs I have been involved with as a coach or player. Seven of those programs were in a "rebuilding" period.
Certainly, UMR football is in the middle of a rebuilding period with a streak of 10 non-winning years before we finished this season with a 7-4 record.
