To teach our linebackers the proper way to play our style of football, we use an eight-step progression.

The progression covers the basics that all players must understand and constantly practice to become a the dominating player we expect as our linebacker positions.

This progression is used everyday at practice with more time being spent on each section during spring drills and early preseason practice.
